Do I need a power bank, and is one included?

Yes, you need one, and no, it isn't included. Any standard USB power bank rated 5V and 2A or higher will work — a 10,000mAh one gives you a full evening. We deliberately don't bundle one so you can use a power bank you already own rather than paying for another.

How big is the USB Heated Foot Pad?

It measures approximately 30 × 30 cm and is around 3 cm thick. That compact footprint makes it easy to use under a desk, beside the sofa or by the bed, then tuck away when you are finished.

Does it warm both feet at the same time?

Yes. The single enclosed pocket is designed to hold both feet together over the heated area, helping keep the warmth in rather than letting it escape straight away.

Where can I use it?

Its compact, lightweight design works well at a desk, on the sofa or beside the bed. Because it is USB powered, you can also move it between rooms easily as long as you have a compatible USB power source.

How should I clean it?

Disconnect the USB connection before cleaning and follow the care instructions supplied with the product. Make sure the foot pad is completely dry before reconnecting it to a power source.

How long will delivery take?

We dispatch within 3–5 working days, and delivery is typically 5–8 working days from dispatch. Every order is tracked, and the tracking number reaches you by email as soon as it leaves us.

What if it isn't right when it arrives?
