Choose the correct plug

Select the plug made for the country where the blanket will be used: UK 220–240V, EU 220–240V or US 110V. Do not use the blanket with an incompatible voltage supply.

Care and use

Always follow the supplied instructions. Disconnect the controller and power lead before cleaning, and make sure every connection is completely dry before reconnecting.

Are the foot pockets included?

Yes. Every current variant includes two integrated foot pockets. The only choice is the plug type: UK, EU or US.

What size is the blanket?

The blanket measures 130 x 180 cm. It is a one-size wearable design with full-length sleeves and two foot pockets.

How is the blanket powered?

It plugs into mains power rather than a power bank. Choose UK or EU for a 220–240V supply, or US for a 110V supply. Never use it with an incompatible voltage.

How many heat and timer settings are there?

The wired controller offers eight heat levels from 35°C to 55°C, plus timer choices of 1, 2, 4, 6, 9 or 12 hours.

How should I clean it?

Disconnect the controller and power lead first, then follow the supplied cleaning instructions. Every connection must be completely dry before the blanket is reconnected.

Can I use it while sleeping?

No. This blanket is not intended for use while sleeping. Only use it while awake and able to feel and respond to changes in temperature.

How long will delivery take?

We dispatch within 3–5 working days, and delivery is typically 5–8 working days from dispatch. Every order is tracked, and the tracking number reaches you by email as soon as it leaves us.

What if it isn't right when it arrives?

You have 30 days from delivery to return it unworn and in its original packaging, plus a statutory 14-day right to cancel on top of that. The conditions and the process are set out in our returns policy.
