Fit guidance

This style runs small. Choose one size above your usual size. If you are between sizes or expect to wear a base layer underneath, choose two sizes above your usual size. Allow for a small variation because the garments are measured by hand.

Care

Disconnect and remove the power bank before washing. Follow the garment care label and allow the USB connection to dry fully before use.

Why it beats wearing another layer

A thick coat slows down how fast you lose your own heat. This one adds heat back.

FAQs

Do I need a power bank, and is one included?

Yes, you need one, and no, it isn't included. Any standard USB power bank rated 5V and 2A or higher will work — a 10,000mAh one gives you a full evening. We deliberately don't bundle one so you can use a power bank you already own rather than paying for another.

How warm does it actually get?

There are three settings. The lowest is a gentle background warmth you can sit in all evening; the highest warms you up quickly when you have come in from the cold. Most people use the top setting for ten minutes and then drop back down.

Can I wash it?

Yes. Disconnect and remove the power bank first, then follow the care label. Never tumble dry a heated item — it damages the heating panels — and let it dry completely before reconnecting power.

Which size should I order?

Open the Size Guide dropdown near the top of this page, just under the price. It has the full measurements for this particular product, and tells you whether to take your usual size or go up.

Sizing differs across our range, so it is worth a look even if you already know your size elsewhere. If you fall between two sizes, take the larger one.

How long will delivery take?

We dispatch within 3–5 working days, and delivery is typically 5–8 working days from dispatch. Every order is tracked, and the tracking number reaches you by email as soon as it leaves us.

Times vary by destination. The full detail is in our shipping policy.

What if it isn't right when it arrives?

You have 30 days from delivery to return it unworn and in its original packaging, plus a statutory 14-day right to cancel on top of that. The conditions and the process are set out in our returns policy.

If it arrives faulty or damaged, get in touch right away so we can look into it and take the appropriate steps.
